The girl

The night was black. The moon was hidden behind clouds and only one light was illuminating street. The man sited in the corner saw the girl. She looked behind her back, and ran again. The man didn't say anything but he knew that his life was over. The cold crossed his body and death called him. He took his phone and he phoned the police.

—The girl —he said—, they want to kill her. They are... the evil.
Nobody believed him and the girl ran alone in the dark. The Evil ran after her.  She didn't see the evil, she only ran inside the park. She looked quite sure and calm. But she knew the true: they want her soul: the virginal and pure soul for them. The evil walking in the road but the girl is fast. She knows, she must. The little and pretty girl must save the world of the Devil. And Devil fights by the end the kingdom of God. But God has abandoned his people in a girl's hands. And she walks in the night searching for an answer to her question: "Why me?"
She's a simple girl. She doesn't believe in God or Devil. She only wants live. And now she must fight for her life, for the life of all people.

* * *
The light of the sun crossed the window and it made shadows in the wall. The girl smiled when she thought about today. In the bed, under the covers, she was waiting her father. He promised that they would go to her house cousins. She loves go there, because they have a lake behind the cottage and she could swim today.

—Hi, Sweety —Bob, her father, said— How are you this morning? Come on! You take a shower while I'm cooking the breakfast. Do you want eggs?
—Yes, daddy! —he said. And she got up and ran to the bathroom.

She hadn't listened the noise that arrived from the kitchen. She walked down the hallway and was singing an infantile song about a little dog. She was barefoot although she knew that her father didn't want it. When she felt the hot in her feet, she looked down. She couldn’t scream. She tried, but she couldn't. Her father was on the floor. The blood stained his clothes, his face, his hair. His eyes were open, watching the door, behind the little girl. She was afraid. The cold came up her back, and the tears fought to get out.

—Daddy? —she asked— Daddy!, open de eyes! How are you? Daddy, please, please.

She cried alone in the kitchen, close her dead father. She didn't move in all day. Only cried so she didn't see to man sitting in the stairs. He smiled, waiting his moment. The moment when he'll kill the little girl, but something changed that day, and the man of the stair got up and he went.

I must write in English, because I write very badly in English so I'm practicing here. I apologize for my grammar mistakes. And I’m sorry about writing in English, but it’s my blog and I have to do it if I want to pass. Please, tell me if you think that I made a mistake, because I need it!

Nihil cognitum quin praevolitum

No importa.
